The appearance of the carrier rocket will be determined at the meeting of the scientific and technical Council of Roscosmos on 18 December. At the meeting it is planned to choose a primary and two additional options. The most perspective and priority in terms of choice at the moment, according to the source, projects are the RKTs "Progress" with six side blocks on the basis of the rocket "Soyuz-5", the draft RKK "Energy" with five lateral units on the basis of "Soyuz-5" and the reconstruction project of the production of Soviet rocket "Energy".
