Sales of the new Tesla sports car convertible will begin in 2020

During today's presentation Elon Musk just announced a truck on electric, but also showed a concept of the new two-door sports car, much to the surprise of all present. And if the show truck all have been waiting for, the appearance of this fashionable Roadster nobody could imagine.
A sporty Tesla Roadster while not much is known, but this dreamboat with a transparent convertible will accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in 1.9 seconds, it was announced during the presentation. All-wheel-drive Roadster can travel on one charge is about 1000 kilometers, and its maximum speed is about 400 kilometers per hour. Mass production of the Tesla Roadster is scheduled to begin in 2020. Model base price — 200 thousand dollars.
At the moment the Tesla lineup consists of three cars: a hatchback Model S, the Model X crossover and Model 3 sedan, sales of which began in the summer of 2017.
