Hyperloop will open a testing center in France

In the suburbs of the French city of Toulouse, will open a research center of the company Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT). This is with reference to the representatives of HTT portal reported Le Figaro.

The New center will be placed in one of the buildings of the former airbase, Francazal. Now the city administration and heads of Hyperloop Transportation Technologies discuss the details and get ready to sign contracts. According to preliminary agreements, the American company will create on the territory of the airbase and research center with an area of three thousand square meters and build there a Hyperloop test track with a length of one kilometre.

Toulouse — the European centre for the aerospace industry, so we decided to build a branch here is quite reasonable, told Le Figaro CEO of a startup Hyperloop Transportation Technologies Dirk Ahlborn.

Earlier it became known about the plans HTT to build a high speed line that will connect the Czech city of Brno and Bratislava, capital of Slovakia.

The HTT believes that the new transport system will reduce the load on Railways and will significantly reduce the time of delivery of passengers and cargo from one city to another.
