A private company Rocket Lab successfully launched a rocket Electron

The Private space company Rocket Lab has conducted a successful test launch of their rocket Electron. The launch took place from launch pad, located in New Zealand. In orbit, the rocket delivered three commercial satellites.

The launch was attended by the second booster Electron, which is called Still Testing. The start was produce from the Peninsula, Mahia in New Zealand. After eight and a half minutes the rocket had reached orbit and brought her commercial goods — according to the website Rocket Lab.

Peter Running, CEO and founder of Rocket Lab, was satisfied with the tests. He noted that the successful launch of the carrier rocket into orbit in only the second trial — a very significant event, marking a new milestone in the history of the cosmos and of the company.

One of the satellites belongs to a private company Planet Lab — he will take pictures of the Earth from space. Two other satellites owned by Spire, they will collect data about the movement of ships and weather information.

Recall that the last launch of the Rocket Lab was a few seconds after the engine starts.
