The UK government is planning the construction of the spaceport
Source:Members of the UK Parliament are considering the construction of the first spaceport in the country. In early February there began to create a Fund, the purpose of which — support for private space companies, and now the authorities are preparing a bill according to which after three years in the UK will have the infrastructure in place.
The Space Agency the UK is going to develop new regulations and industry funding that will allow by 2020 to build its own spaceport. It is assumed that after three years in the country will have its own launch pad, allowing the launch into space of satellites and manned spacecraft for scientific experiments.
Tech Times that the UK is interested in the prospect of using mini-satellites that can without the high cost and problems to launch into space.
