Chinese reusable rocket will be ready by 2020

The Chinese scientific and technical aerospace Corporation intends to develop its own reusable rocket and after two years send it into space. Developers that design their missiles to be materially different from Falcon 9 and other similar projects.

The head of the center of research and development, Chinese Academy of missile development Chen Hongbo announced that the first flight of Chinese rockets reusable will take place in the next three years. In future it is proposed to use a reusable rocket for delivering heavy loads into orbit, and later, probably, and passenger space Shuttle.

The Developers expect that their rocket can be used up to twenty times without a major overhaul, at first, will allow almost five times to reduce the cost of launch, and in the future, when technology will break in time will drop by about ten times.

The Height to which to rise the rocket will be about 500 kilometers and for landing it will use the wings. Both stages of the rocket will be parallel to that will allow them both to return to Earth, while SpaceX returns only the first step.
