Russian miners will start to issue certificates of competence and reliability. What does it mean?
Source:The Russian Association of cryptocurrency and blockchain (RAKIB) in September will present the proposals for voluntary certification of miners, developed together with market participants. This writes with reference to the Director of the Association of Arseniy Salicina.
